It is a 2 minute walk to the city centre and 5 minutes away
from the local train station. All shopping and leisure activities
are only a stone throw away.

property it self is in a quite neighborhood, with ample free
parking which is extremely useful considering that on the
street parking in Lancaster is scarce.
The property is set
in lovely surroundings, There is a lovely park next to the
building which is thriving during summer months with students
and families.
